Abstract (en)
Inductive components which can be transferred flat, and method of making the same. The inductive component is of the type having a wire coiled around a core (60) which possesses a notch (61) at each of its ends (68). The ends (66) of the coiled wire (65) are folded back over the ends of the core, transversely to the notches, and the external connections (63, 71) of the component finish up in these notches. The coiled core is then resin-coated (70) and the external connections are bent back over the resin block. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne les composants inductifs reportable à plat ainsi que leur procédé de fabrication. Le composant inductif selon l'invention est du type à fil bobiné autour d'un noyau (60) qui possède une entaille (61) à chacune de ses extrémités (68). Les extrémités (66) du fil bobiné (65) sont rabattues sur les extrémités du noyau, transversalement aux entailles et les connexions externes (63, 71) du composant aboutissent dans ces entailles. Le noyau bobiné est ensuite enrobé de résine (70) et les connexions externes sont repliées sur le bloc de résine.
