A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines, having a cylinder barrel (1) which receives a pump plunger and which comprises at least one return flow bore (2) controlled by the pump plunger and is surrounded in the region of the return-flow bore (2) by a rotatable deflector ring (5), the end face of which remote from the spring chamber (14) is supported against a shoulder (7) and which with an approximately cylindrical wall portion embraces an annular space which is connected to a return-flow chamber (4) by way of at least one throughflow bore (6), characterized in that the end face of the deflector ring (5) facing the spring chamber (14) is supported against at least two intermediate sleeves (9, 10), which are arranged between the cylinder barrel (1) and the pump casing (3) and between the end faces of which at least one deformable sealing ring (13) is pressed and of which the intermediate sleeve (10) facing the spring chamber (14) is supported against a circlip (12), while the intermediate sleeve (9) remote from the spring chamber (14) forms the support for the deflector ring (5).
