[origin: WO8604456A1] An integrity indicator formed as an illuminable bead (27) is combined with the pair of flat terminal blades (31) of a miniature plug-in fuse and is positioned in a central window (23a) provided in the top wall (23) of the insulator housing (21) thereof, the housing defining a chamber (21a) having an open bottom and a central section (24a) with relatively narrow lateral sections (24b) in which upper portions of the blades are secured. A fuse-wire (35) extends across the central section conductively interconnecting the blades. The illuminable bead has a pair of wire leads (29) extending oppositely into the lateral sections (24b) of the chamber, each wire lead conductively contacting the upper portion of one of the blades for connecting the bead in parallel circuit with the fuse-wire, clamping components (26) being formed on the interior of the top wall and on the upper portion of each terminal blade (31) to secure each wire lead in operative position.

Un indicateur d'intégrité ayant la forme d'une perle éclairable (27) est associé à une paire de lames terminales plates (31) d'un fusible miniature enfichable. Il est placé dans une fenêtre centrale (23a) formée dans la paroi supérieure (23) du boîtier isolant (21) du fusible. Le boîtier définit une chambre (21a) avec une partie inférieure ouverte et une section centrale (24a) ayant des sections latérales relativement étroites (246) dans lesquelles est fixée la partie supérieure des lames. Un fil (35) pour fusibles traverse la section centrale et interconnecte les lames de manière conductrice. La perle éclairable comprend une paire de fils conducteurs (29) qui s'étendent dans des directions opposées et pénètrent dans les sections latérales (246) de la chambre. Chaque fil conducteur fait contact de manière conductrice avec la partie supérieure d'une des lames pour connecter la perle en circuit parallèle avec le fil pour fusibles. Des composants de serrage (26) formés sur la partie intérieure de la paroi supérieure et sur la partie supérieure de chaque lame terminale (31) retiennent chaque fil conducteur en position de fonctionnement .
