[origin: US4723343A] Method for the manufacture of formed fabric from fibrous material by means of a carder or the like, whereby the fibrous material is carded upon employment of at least two working rollers of the same diameter running in the same direction as one another, characterized in that the fibrous material is conducted over at least three working rollers residing in mutually adjustable engagement with one another, being conducted thereover under adjustable, partial return storing; also a carder for the implementation thereof.

Verfahren zur Vliesherstellung aus Fasermaterial mittels einer Krempel oder dgl., bei dem das Fasermaterial unter Verwendung wenigstens zweier gleichsinnig miteinander laufender Arbeitstrommeln (14,16) gleichen Durchmessers kardiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fasermaterial unter einstellbarer teilweiser Rückspeicherung über mindestens drei miteinander in gegenseitigem einstellbaren Eingriff stehende Arbeitstrommeln (14,16,18) geführt wird, sowie Krempel zu seiner Durchführung.
