[origin: ES2001630A6] Processes for removing the top ply from a stack of plies, such as layers of fabric, in which an element engages the stack and moves relative to the ply to be removed along the face of said ply while pressure is inserted by the element on the stack in such a way that this is locally dented. The element used to engage the ply is provided with a smooth surface. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out this method having a single hollow element which is provided with suction openings or blow openings and can be moved perpendicular to its longitudinal axis.

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Abnehmen des jeweils obersten Teiles eines Stofflagenstapels. Ein Druckelement (12) mit einer glatten Oberfläche wird zur Bildung von Aufwellungen oder Aufwölbungen (7) auf den Stapel (3) aufgedrückt, quer zur Längsachse des Druckelementes (12) zum Rand des Stapels (3) hin bewegt, wobei die Aufwellung (7) vor dem Druckelement (12) vergrößert und dadurch sicher vom Greifer eine Abnahmevorrichtung erfaßt und einer gewünschten Stelle zugeführt wird. In Weiterbildung wird das Druckelement (12) unter Druckkontakt über den Stapel (3) bewegt und schiebt die Stofflagen dabei mit den Rändern schuppenförmig über den Rand des Stapels (3) hinaus. Bei der Rückbewegung ohne Druckausübung wird durch einen auf eine schräggestellte Platte (14) gerichteten Druckluftstrahl Unterdruck zwischen Platte (14) und oberster Stofflage (1) erzeugt, durch den diese an die Platte (14) angehoben wird. Das Druckelement (12) ist im ersten Fall als Hohlkörper mit Saug- oder Blasöffnungen ausgebildet und im zweiten Fall an der schräggestellten Platte (14) angeordnet, auf deren Oberfläche eine oder mehrere Blasöffnungen (18) gerichtet sind.
