In this method for fabricating a heat exchanger, in which at least two flow media, which are in heat exchange with one another, are conducted in flow ducts (14, 14') formed between the windings of band materials (4, 4') spirally wound into one another, which in each case alternate in the radial direction of the overall body, the heat being transferred in the radial direction through the band material of the spiral body, the band materials are supported on an inside body (1) having axial duct connections and are there wound on, preferably on a band winding machine, together with spacing and side limiting sections (6) close to the edge or to the end face and are connected to one another in a gas- and fluid-tight manner close to the edge. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei dem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wärmetauschers, bei welchem mindestens zwei im Wärmeaustausch stehende Strömungsmittel in, zwischen den Windungen von spiralförmig ineinandergewickelten Bandmaterialien (4,4') gebildeten Strömungskanälen (14,14') geführt werden, die sich in radialer Richtung des Gesamtkörpers jeweils abwechseln, wobei die Wärmeübertragung in radialer Richtung durch das Bandmaterial des spiralförmigen Körpers erfolgt, werden die Bandmaterialien an einem, axiale Kanalanschlüsse aufweisenden Innenkörper (1) abgestützt und dort, vorzugsweise auf einer Bandwickelmaschine, zusammen mit randnahen bzw. stirnseitigen Distanz- und Seitenbegrenzungsprofilen (6) aufgewickelt und randnahe miteinander gas- bzw. flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden.
