Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0215261A2] The mounting support has the shape of a ring with forks on its inside for receiving the lenses to be held. According to the invention, the ring is elastically deformable and the forks are arranged on two mutually opposite sections of the inside of the ring. This enables the lenses to be clamped in a labour-saving fashion - even by using only one hand -, and permits a large diameter tolerance and the use of one and the same mounting device for several cycles. <IMAGE>
