Rotary grinder with dust-extraction device, having a grinding disc mounted on an output shaft of the grinder, the dust-extraction device essentially consisting of a bell-shaped dust catcher, which is connected to the grinder, surrounds the grinding disc at the margin and at the grinder and has a dust-discharge passage attached thereto and a ring of bristles forming its bottom margin, and also of a fan, arranged in the bell-shaped dust catcher and rotating with the disc or the output shaft, for producing an air flow for the dust extraction. The rotary grinder is characterised in that a flow-guide body (3) is arranged in the interior between the top side (53) of the grinding disc (5) facing the grinder (7) and the top part (21, 22) of the bell-shaped dust catcher (2), which flow-guide body (3) surrounds at least the top part (53, 54) of the grinding disc (5) at a distance concentrically to its axis of rotation while forming an annular channel (82), the top end (82') of the annular channel (82) being designed as an axial inflow opening for the interior (83) of the top part (21, 22) of the bell-shaped dust catcher (2). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rotationsschleifgerät mit Staubabsaugvorrichtung, mit einem auf einer Abtriebswelle des Gerätes montierten Schleitteller, wobei die Staubabsaugvorrichtung im wesentlichen aus einer mit dem Schleifgerät verbundenen, den Schleifteller randseitig und geräteseitig umgebenden Staubfangglocke mit einem daran angeschlossenen Staubableitungskanal und mit einem deren unteren Rand bildenden Borstenkranz sowie aus einem in der Glocke angeordneten, mit dem Teller bzw. der Abtriebswelle rotierenden Ventilator zur Erzeugung eines Luftstromes für die Staubabsaugung besteht, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass zwischen der dem Schleifgerät (7) zugewandten Oberseite (53) des Schleiftellers (5) und dem Oberteil (21, 22) der Glocke (2) in deren Innerem ein Strömungsleitkörper (3) angeordnet ist, der zumindest den oberen Teil (53, 54) des Schleiftellers (5) im Abstand konzentrisch zu dessen Rotationsachse unter Ausbildung eines Ringkanals (82) umgibt, wobei das obere Ende (82') des Ringkanals (82) als axiale Einströmöffnung für das Innere (83) des Oberteils (21, 22) der Glocke (2) ausgebildet ist.
