1. A plastic bag for vacuum packaging, in particular for vacuum packaging of food, in the case of which at least one wall consists of a plurality of interconnected layers, the inner layer (9) being made of a thermoplastic material and the outer layer (11) being made of a material which is impermeable to gas, said two layers (9, 11) being interconnected and at least the inner layer (9) being shaped in such a way that it includes recesses or channels (13) on the exposed inner surface, said channels (13) being interconnected so as to form a lattice like pattern, characterized in that the two layers (9, 11) are joined together over their entire surfaces and are shaped in the same manner.

Der Kunststoffbeutel zur Vakuumverpackung hat mindestens zwei vollflächig miteinander verbundene Schichten (9 und 11). Die innere Schicht ist aus nahrungsmittelbeständigem, thermoplastischem Kunststoff. Die äußere Schicht ist aus einem anderen thermoplastischem Kunststoff, der sauerstoffundurchlässig ist. Zumindest die innere Schicht ist derartig verformt, daß sie Kanäle (13) besitzt, die ein Kollabieren des Beutels während des Absaugens von Luft verhindern und damit sicherstellen, daß der Beutel vollständig evakuiert werden kann (Fig. 1).
