Beschrieben wird ein Tennisbodenbelag der sich aus einem flächigen, bahnförmigen Material insbesondere Nadelvlies aber auch Tufting-Material aufbaut, dessen Oberseite strukturiert ist, mit Erhebungen und Vertiefungen und in das ein Korkgranulat eingestreut ist. Man erhält so eine Oberfläche mit ausgeglichenen Brems- und Gleitzonen.
