The magnet system of an electromagnetic relay comprises two permanent magnets 25, 26, magnetised in the same direction, between which is arranged a yoke 27 with a pole piece 17 integrally formed thereon and supporting an armature 16. On the outer pole surfaces of the two permanent magnets 25, 26 there are outer yokes 28, 29 on which pole shoes 30, 31 are integrally formed, which interact with the free end of the armature 16. This magnet system is suitable for achieving a bistable switching characteristic, good magnetic coupling being achieved by direct contact on the respective pole surfaces in each stable end position of the armature 16, without a magnetic short-circuit of the permanent magnets, 25, 26 occurring. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das Magnetsystem eines elektromagnetischen Relais umfaßt zwei in gleicher Richtung magnetisierte Dauermagnete 25, 26 auf, zwischen denen ein Joch 27 mit daran angeformtem, einen Anker 16 lagernden Polstück 17 angeordnet ist. An den äußeren Polflächen der beiden Dauermagnete 25, 26 liegen äußere Joche 28, 29 an, an die mit dem freien Ende des Ankers 16 zusammenwirkende Polschuhe 30, 31 angeformt sind. Dieses Magnetsystem ist zur Erzielung eines bistabilen Schaltverhaltens geeignet, wobei in jeder stabilen Endlage des Ankers 16 eine gute magnetische Kopplung durch direkte Anlage an den jeweiligen Polflächen erzielt wird, ohne daß ein magnetischer Kurzschluß der Dauermagnete 25, 26 auftritt.
