Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Warmhalten einer Schmelze in einer Pfanne, wobei der Schmelze Wärme zugeführt wird. Um eine Schmelze in einem Pfannenofen auf einfache und wirtschaftliche Weise warmhalten zu können wird vorgeschlagen, der Schmelze die bei der Verbrennung eines Brennstoffs freiwerdende Wärme zuzuführen.
