[origin: WO8606146A1] The coupler-decoupler according to the invention comprises a collar formed of arms (3, 4) hinged between each other and meshed to the extremities of part sections which have to be coupled, and a closure device comprising a lever (18) pivoting mounted on a support part (15, 16) integral with the arm (3), an assembly consisting of a bearing part (29) and elastic means (30) and rotatingly mounted on the lever (18), a stop (38) integral with the arm (4), and a jack (19) so arranged as to cause a rocking of the lever (18) during the opening. The support part (15, 16) and the lever (18) comprised at least two oblong notches so arranged as to be registered when the lever (18) is in the closing position. The rod (42) of the jack (19) carries a safety locking part (44) intended to be engaged in the notches when these are in register.

Le coupleur-découpleur comprend un collier formé de bras (3, 4) articulés les uns aux autres et venant en prise sur les extrémités des tronçons de canalisation que l'on désire accoupler, et un dispositif de fermeture comportant un levier (18) monté pivotant sur une pièce de support (15, 16) solidaire du bras (3), un ensemble formé d'une pièce d'appui (29) et de moyens élastiques (30), monté rotatif sur le levier (18), un butoir (38) solidaire du bras (4), et un vérin (19) agencé de manière à provoquer un basculement du levier (18) lors de l'ouverture. La pièce de support (15, 16) et ledit levier (18) comprennent au moins deux encoches oblongues disposées de manière à venir en coïncidence lorsque le levier (18) se trouve en position de fermeture. La tige (42) du vérin (19) porte une pièce de verrouillage de sécurité (44) apte à venir s'engager dans les encoches lorsque celles-ci sont en coïncidence.
