Afin d'éviter que des détritus ne restent déposés sur la surface d'ustensiles de cuisine lavés après leur séchage, un appareil de séchage d'ustensiles lavés de cuisine comprend un récipient (2) agencé de façon rotative autour de son axe longitudinal. L'espace intérieur (7) du récipient est pourvu d'au moins une voie d'écoulement d'eau et reçoit les ustensiles (10) de cuisine. Le récipient (2) est raccordé à un moteur d'entraînement (3). Les ustensiles de cuisine (10) peuvent être des couverts distribués au hasard dans une couche à l'intérieur (7) du récipient (2).
