[origin: US4735734A] Solid lubricants which are used in the non-cutting hot forming of metals. Lubricants containing graphite and polymers are presuspended in a colloid mill in water as a carrier liquid and immediately thereafter are subjected to a further mixing process in an intensive mixer, thereby being processed to a stable suspension.

Festschmierstoffe, die bei der spanlosen Warmumformung von Metallen Anwendung finden, enthaltend Graphit und Polymere, werden in Wasser als Trägerflussigkeit, in einer Kolloidmühle vorsuspendiert und unmittelbar anschliessend in einem Intensivmischer einem weiteren Mischprozess unterworfen und dabei zu einer stabilen Suspension verarbeitet.
