Abstract (en)
The programmer, for a washing machine, comprises a set of program- cams (9) driven in rotation so as to operate several programs, a rotary selector element (2) integral with an operating spindle (1) for choosing one of the said programs, a control unit (3) interacting with the said rotary selector element (2) and which can be moved axially relative to the said set of program-cams (9), means for causing the axial displacement of the said control unit (3) into one or other of two positions relative to the set of program-cams (9), a double contact with which the unit (3) interacts indirectly, in order to drive it into a first or a second position. The control unit consists of one piece, centred on the spindle, and provided with a plurality of spokes intended to interact with notches provided on the axial internal wall of the set of program-cams. <IMAGE>

Le programmateur, pour machine à laver, comporte un ensemble de cames-programmes (9) entraînées en rotation pour mettre en oeuvre plusieurs programmes, un élément sélecteur (2) rotatif et solidaire d'un axe de manoeuvre (1) pour choisir l'un desdits programmes, un organe de commande (3) coopérant avec l'élément sélecteur rotatif (2) et axialement mobile par rapport audit ensemble de cames-programmes (9), des moyens pour provoquer le déplacement axial dudit organe de commande (3) dans l'une ou l'autre de deux positions par rapport à l'ensemble de cames-programmes (9), un contact double avec lequel l'organe (3) coopère de façon indirecte, pour l'entraîner dans une première ou une deuxième position. L'organe de commande consiste en une pièce, centrée sur l'axe, pourvue d'une pluralité de bras étoilés destinés à coupérer avec des encoches, prévues sur la paroi interne axiale de l'ensemble de cames-programmes.
