Free-play anchor, in which at least one tensioning member (1) extends in an encasing tube (20), characterised in that in the region of a desired longitudinal mobility of the tensioning member (1), preferably in the region of the free tensioning length, the encasing tube (20) is guided to move longitudinally in at least a second tube (sliding tube) (21) and that the encasing tube (20) is filled with a cement stone which is able to flex in the case of an at least single overload of the tensioning member or of the tensioning members beyond the pre-set pre-tensioning force, or similar flexible filling material, which surrounds the tensioning member or tensioning members.
