The convertible upholstered furniture has a frame which is supported with spacing from the floor and has a backrest and foot part which can each be swivelled upwards, the central part of the frame resting on a pair of longitudinal runners and the foot part of the frame consisting of two individual elements which can be bent in the upward swivelling direction, are connected by a hinge and the outer part of which can be swivelled to rest on the central part of the frame. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein verwandelbares Polstermöbel mit einem in Abstand vom Boden getragenen Rahmen, der je ein hochschwenkbar angelenktes Lehnen- und Fußteil aufweist, wobei das Rahmenmittelteil auf einem Paar von Längskufen aufruht und das Rahmenfußteil aus zwei in der Hochschwenkrichtung abwinkelbaren, durch ein Scharnier verbundenen Einzelelementen besteht, von denen das äußere zur Auflage auf das Rahmenmittelteil schwenkbar ist.
