1. Ein variabler Tisch mit einer aus zusammensetzbaren Plattenelementen bestehenden Tischplatte, mit an den Unterseiten der Plattenelemente angeordneten Tischbeinen und mit Verbindungsgliedern für die Plattenelemente weist an der Unterseite der Plattenelemente geradlinige Führungskanäle auf. Die Verbindungsglieder liegen als separate Elemente vor und sind als gerade, in die Führungskanäle einsetzbare und darin längsweise verschiebliche Verbindungsstangen ausgebildet. Die Plattenelemente selbst weisen Feststellorgane auf, mit deren Hilfe die Verbindungsstangen in den Führungskanälen zum Zwecke einer Stabilisierung des Tisches arretiert werden können.
