At least at the front wall (2) the box-shaped device is provided with two glass plates (4, 7) between which an information carrier (6) is arranged. The inner side of the glass plate (4) is provided with a coating (5) that partially reflects light. A light source (9) is located outside the visible part of the glass plate (4) in the region of the frame (1). The rear wall (3) of the device also has a light-reflecting coating (8) on the inner side. Light rays (10,11) emitted from the light source (9) are at least partially reflected from the coatings (5,8), part of the light penetrating through the glass plates (4,7) and the information carrier (6) and emerging from the device as light rays (12,14). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die kastenförmige Einrichtung ist mindestens an der Vorderwand (2) mit zwei Glasplatten (4, 7) versehen, zwischen welchen ein Informationsträger (6) angeordnet ist. Die Innenseite der Glasplatte (4) trägt eine Licht teilweise reflektierende Beschichtung (5). Eine Lichtquelle (9) ist ausserhalb des sichtbaren Teiles der Glasplatte (4) im Bereiche des Rahmens (1) angeordnet. Die Rückwand (3) der Einrichtung weist an der Innenseite ebenfalls eine Licht reflektierende Beschichtung (8) auf. Von der Lichtquelle (9) ausgehende Lichtstrahlen (10, 11) werden an den Beschichtungen (5, 8) mindestens teilweise reflektiert, wobei ein Teil des Lichts die Glasplatten (4, 7) und den Informationsträger (6) durchdringt und als Lichtstrahlen (12, 14) aus der Einrichtung austritt.
