[origin: WO8606705A1] A disposable container (10) for shipping a hazardous or ultra-high purity liquid material, having a body of substantially vapor-impermeable organic polymer material, such as fluorinated linear high-density polyethylene, a bubbler tube (20) extending from the top of the container having an open end near the bottom of the container, a liquid level detector (30), and an outlet tube (24) on the top of the container having an open bottom end near the top of the container. A vapor-impermeable metal coating (14) is provided on the outside of the container by vapor deposition or sputtering. A frangible seal (36) is provided at the top of both the inlet tube and the outlet tube. A metal-coated polymer valve (40) is provided on the bubbler, having vapor-impermeable seals isolating the metal exterior from the metal interior, and also having means for rupturing the frangible seal.

Récipient jetable (10) pour l'expédition d'un matériau liquide dangereux ou de très grande pureté, possédant un corps en un matériau polymère organique essentiellement imperméable à la vapeur, tel que du polyéthylène linéaire fluoruré de haute densité, un tube barboteur (20) s'étendant depuis le sommet du récipient et possédant une extrémité ouverte à proximité du fond du récipient, un détecteur de niveau de liquide (30), et un tube de sortie (24) sur le sommet du récipient et possédant une extrémité de fond couverte à proximité du sommet du récipient. Un revêtement métallique imperméable à la vapeur (14) est déposé à l'extérieur du récipient par dépôt en phase de vapeur ou par pulvérisation. Un joint cassable (36) est disposé sur le sommet aussi bien du tube d'admission que du tube de sortie. Une soupape en polymère à revêtement métallique (40) est présente sur le barboteur, et possède des joints imperméables à la vapeur qui isolent la partie extérieure métallique de la partie intérieure métallique, ainsi qu'un organe permettant de percer le joint cassable.
