The diaphragm vane pump (a) has in a housing (b) a rotating rotor (c), consisting of a rotor cage (cl) and an infinitely radially adjustable rotor core (8) which is mounted eccentrically therein by DELTA s and is designed in such a way that the diaphragms (15) fixed between it (8) and the rotor cage (cl) are not subjected to any inadmissible stresses, buckling effects, flattening or mutual contact during the rotation of the rotor (c) so that the diaphragms perform a low-wear, well supported movement relative to the synchronised rotor walls (5, 6) without abandoning their (15) sealing function as a result. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Membranzellenpumpe (a) hat in einem Gehäuse (b) einen umlaufenden Rotor (c), bestehend aus Rotorkäfig (cl) und einen darin um Δs exzentrisch gelagerten, stufenlos radial verstellbaren Rotorkern (8), welcher derart gestaltet ist, dass die zwischen ihm (8) und dem Rotorkäfig (cl) fixierten Membrane (l5) beim Umlauf des Rotors (c) keinen unzulässigen Spannungen, Knickeffekten, Abplattungen oder gegenseitigen Berührungen ausgesetzt sind, so dass die Membrane zu den gleichlaufenden Rotorwänden (5,6) eine verschleissarme, gut abgestützte Relativbewegung ausüben ohne ihre (l5) Dichtfunktion dabei aufzugeben.
