The secured closure on the neck (3) of a plastic container (2) has a pouring spout (10), which can be folded out over a bellows-type portion (8), with a closure membrane (1) and screw cap (12), a sealed plate (13), arranged centrally over the closure (7), being attached on the end face (5) of the container neck (3) via a coaxially arranged outer holding ring (17) which overlaps the outer bearing ring (9) of the bellows-type portion (8). For transporting dangerous goods, a closure of this type can be secured against tampering without requiring expensive and complicated special productions if the wall thickness (D) of the neck (3) is equal to the wall thickness (d) of the plastic container (2), a flange (4) projecting radially outwards is moulded onto the outer end of the neck (3), and the bearing ring (9) of the bellows rests on the flat end face (5) of the flange (4). <IMAGE>

Beschrieben wird eine gesicherte Verschlußvorrichtung auf dem Hals (3) eines Kunststoffbehälters (2), mit einer über einen balgartigen Abschnitt (8) ausfaltbaren Ausgießtülle (10) mit Verschlußmembran (1) und Schraubkappe (12), wobei eine mittig über der Verschlußvorrichtung (7) angeordnete Plombierplatte (13) über einen koaxial angeordneten äußeren, den äußeren Auflagering (9) des balgartigen Abschnittes (8) übergreifenden Haltering (17) auf der Stirnfläche (5) des Behälterhalses (3) befestigt ist. Für den Transport gefährlicher Güter kann eine solche Verschluß vorrichtung gegen äußere Eingriffe gesichert werden, ohne daß teure und schwierige Sonderherstellungen erforderlich sind, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Wandstärke (D) des Halses (3) gleich der Wandstärke (d) des Kunststoffbehälters (2) ist, am äußeren Ende des Halses (3) ein radial nach außen ragender Flansch (4) an geformt ist und der Auflagering (9) des Balges auf der ebenen Stirnfläche (5) des Flansches (4) aufliegt.
