[origin: EP0221419A2] The secured closure on the neck (3) of a plastic container (2) has a pouring spout (10), which can be folded out over a bellows-type portion (8), with a closure membrane (1) and screw cap (12), a sealed plate (13), arranged centrally over the closure (7), being attached on the end face (5) of the container neck (3) via a coaxially arranged outer holding ring (17) which overlaps the outer bearing ring (9) of the bellows-type portion (8). For transporting dangerous goods, a closure of this type can be secured against tampering without requiring expensive and complicated special productions if the wall thickness (D) of the neck (3) is equal to the wall thickness (d) of the plastic container (2), a flange (4) projecting radially outwards is moulded onto the outer end of the neck (3), and the bearing ring (9) of the bellows rests on the flat end face (5) of the flange (4). <IMAGE>
