In a parallel vice, a plastic body (10) is inserted with prestress into a recess (11) in the housing (1) located above the rail (6) belonging to the movable jaw (7). The plastic body (10) has the form of a prism, the base of which is limited by two essentially parallel arcs (12, 13) which are connected at each of their ends by two straight lines (14, 15) arranged approximately at right angles. Two of these straight lines (15) are essentially in line with one another. By means of the longitudinal faces belonging to these straight lines (15), the plastic body (10) forming a spring bears with prestress against the top side (9) of the rail (6), in order to prevent any play between the rail (6) and housing (1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Parallelschraubstock ist in eine oberhalb der zur bewegbaren Backe (7) gehörenden Schiene (6) vorgesehene Vertiefung (11) im Gehäuse (1) ein Kunststoffkörper (10) mit Vorspannung eingelegt. Der Kunststoffkörper (10) hat die Form eines Prismas, dessen Grundfläche von zwei im wesentlichen parallelen Bögen (12,13) begrenzt wird, die an ihren Enden durch je zwei jeweils etwa im rechten Winkel stehende Gerade (14,15) verbunden sind. Zwei dieser Geraden (15) sind im wesentlichen fluchtend. Mit den zu diesen Geraden (15) gehörenden Längsflächen liegt der eine Feder bildende Kunststoffkörper (10) an der Oberseite (9) der Schiene (6) unter Vorspannung an, um jegliches Spiel zwischen Schiene (6) und Gehäuse (1) auszuschalten.
