Abstract (en)
A device for spraying coating products has a source for the manufacture of free-flowing coating products, generally a liquefying device for a hot-melt-type adhesive, a first line for feeding the free-flowing coating product from the source to a spray head, a second line for feeding the spray gas to the spray head and finally a blocking element in the gas line. By means of a bypass which bypasses the blocking element, a small amount of gas flows constantly to the spray head so that when this spray device is switched on the two blocking elements for gas and hot-melt-type adhesive can be opened at the same time, that is to say virtually at the same time as the switching on, hot-melt-type adhesive emerges from the spray head. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Vorrichtung zum Versprühen von Auftragmassen weist eine Quelle für die Herstellung der fließfähigen Auftragmasse, im allgemeinen ein Verflüssigungsgerät für einen Schmelzkleber, eine erste Leitung für die Zuführung der fließfähigen Auftragmasse von der Quelle zu einem Sprühkopf, eine zweite Leitung für die Zuführung des Sprühgases zu dem Sprühkopf und schließlich ein Absperrorgan in der Gasleitung auf. Durch einen das Absperrorgan umgehenden Bypass strömt ständig eine kleine Gasmenge zu dem Sprühkopf, so daß beim Einschalten dieser Sprühvorrichtung die beiden Absperrorgane für Gas und Schmelzkleber gleichzeitig geöffnet werden können, also praktisch gleichzeitig mit dem Einschalten Schmelzkleber aus dem Sprühkopf austritt.
