[origin: WO8702971A1] A dispenser for paste-like or fluid substances includes a container (1) provided with an outlet (6), a piston (2) which can be displaced inside the container (1) along its wall and which forms a bottom closure for the filling material and a guide portion (7) formed by the wall of the container and located beyond the piston. To allow for selective continuous or portioned dispensing of the filling material with the simplest construction and greatest reliability of operation, the container (1) is provided along the whole travel of the piston (2) with a slot (9) formed in its guide portion, open at the bottom and the axis of which is parallel to the axis of the piston (2). To displace the piston a slider (3) is provided having about the same length as the slot (9) and two walls arranged on both sides of the slot (9), adjacent the inner or the outer side of the wall of the container. The inner wall of the slider is attached at its upper end to the piston (2) and at its lower end to the outer wall.

Ein Spender für pastenförmige oder fließfähige Medien besteht aus einem Behalter mit einer Abgabeöffnung, einem in den Behälter an dessen Wandung verschiebbar geführten und den unteren Abschluß für das Füllgut bildenden Kolben sowie einem jenseits des Kolbens von der Wandung des Behälters gebildeten Führungsteil. Um bei einfachstem konstruktivem Aufbau und großer Funktionssicherheit wahlweise ein portioniertes oder kontinuierliches Abgeben des Füllgutes zu ermöglichen, ist vorgesehen, daß der Behälter an seinem Führungsteil einen dem Gesamthub des Kolbens entsprechenden, achsparallelen, unten offenen Schlitz aufweist und zum Verschieben des Kolbens ein doppelwandiger Schieber vorgesehen ist, der etwa der Länge des Schlitzes entspricht und dessen beide Wände der Behälterwandung außen bzw. innen beiderseits des Schlitzes anliegen und dessen innere Wand an ihrem oberen Ende mit dem Kolben und an ihrem unteren Ende mit der äußeren Wand verbunden ist.
