Abstract (en)
The dosing device consists of a dosing container (1) with a dosing valve (3, 4) insertable into its outflow orifice (2). The valve stem (3) is surrounded by a hollow shaft (5), to which a stripper (6) and, via holding elements (7), blade elements (8) are fastened. The rotation of the hollow shaft sets the stripper in motion. The stripper continuously removes both from the lower part of the container wall and from the disc-shaped valve head (4) dosing material which adheres there. As a result of the angling of the stripper and of the blade elements, a downward pressure component is exerted on the dosing material. The filling level of the racking material is kept constant by means of a level-measuring device (10). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Dosiereinrichtung besteht aus einem Dosierbehälter (1) mit einem in dessen Austrittsöffnung (2) einführbaren Dosierventil (3, 4). Die Ventilstange (3) wird von einer Hohlwelle (5) umschlossen, an welcher ein Abstreifer (6) und - über Halteelemente (7) - Flügelelemente (8) befestigt sind. Durch Drehung der Hohlwelle (5) wird der Abstreifer (6) in Bewegung versetzt. Der Abstreifer (6) entfernt sowohl vom untern Teil der Behälterwand als auch vom scheibenförmig ausgebildeten Ventilkopf (4) laufen dort haftendes Dosiergut. Durch eine Anwinkelung des Abstreifers (6) und der Flügelelemente (8) wird auf das Dosiergut eine Druckkomponente nach unten ausgeübt. Mittels einer Niveaumesseinrichtung (10) wird der Füllstand des Abfüllgutes konstant gehalten.
