Wrapper for the packaging of products, particularly food-stuffs such as, for example, portions of melted cheese, this wrapper comprising a pre-cut sheet (10) of a tearable wrapping material and a ripping-organ (11) comprising a free tongue (12) and a rip-band welded to the sheet (10) of wrapping material to allow it to be torn along the outside edge of this band, characterised in that the rip-band comprises a V-shaped element (13) cut in a single piece from a band (15) of a first tear-resistant material, this element (13) being welded along its entire length, to the inside surface of the wrapping material (10) and in that the free tongue (12) is constituted by protruding section of a rectilinear tab (14) cut from a band (16) of a second tear resistant material, this tab (14) being positioned in such a manner that one of its long edges coincides with the axis (D) of the V-shaped element (13) formed by the rip-band and that each of its side edges is positioned on a side edge of one of the branches of the V-shaped element (13), the free tongue (12) of the ripping-organ being constituted by a protruding edge of the tab positioned at the exterior of the V, and exceeding the edge of the pre-cut sheet (10), at least two weldering points (17, 18) being provided respectively on either side of this band (15) to attach the tab (14) to the interior surface of the wrapping material (10).
