[origin: US4713727A] The component comprises a base body which has the contours of a cuboid housing. For the purpose of sealing, a foil is placed over the open lateral faces of the base body, whereby individual function chambers are separated from one another by corresponding seating surfaces of the housing and the foil. In this way, for example, the coil chamber can be filled with casting compound without having this casting compound run into the switch chamber. The foil thus eliminates an additional housing which would require more work steps and a higher volume of space to be occupied by the component.

Das Bauelement besitzt einen Grundkörper (1), der die Konturen eines quaderförmigen Gehäuses aufweist. Zur Abdichtung wird eine Folie (9) über die offenen Seitenflächen des Grundkörpers gelegt, wobei einzelne Funktionskammern (5; 11) durch entsprechende Auflageflächen (13, 14, 15) des Gehäuses und der Folie voneinander getrennt werden. Auf diese Weise kann beispielsweise ein Spulenraum mit Vergußmasse gefüllt werden, ohne daß diese Vergußmasse in den Schaltraum (5) hineinläuft. Die Folie erspart damit ein zusätzliches Gehäuse, welches mehr Arbeitsgänge und mehr Volumen benötigen würde.
