Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a tree retardant composition comprising an oligomer copolymer of at least one alpha-olefin having up to about 8 carbon atom atoms and at least one alpha-unsaturated ester having up to about 10 carbon atoms, the oligomer being combined with a polymeric material ordinarily employed as an insulating material for electric conductors.
