Abstract (en)
A holder for a part (5) of a set of cutlery for handicapped people comprises a connecting piece (1) for receiving a knife, a fork, a spoon (6) or another part of a set of cutlery. The connecting piece is placed in the area of the palm of the hand and comprises on one side a holder (3) for receiving a part (5) of set of cutlery provided with a corresponding projection (4), the longitudinal axis of which forms a predetermined or adjustable angle with the connecting piece (1). The connecting piece (1) is fixedly or movably attached to a known arm- or hand-clamp (2).

Haltevorrichtung für ein Teil (5) eines Eßbesteckes für Behinderte, mit einem Verbindungsstück (1) zur Aufnahme eines Messers, einer Gabel, eines Löffels (6) oder eines anderen Besteckteils eines Eßbesteckes, welches Verbindungsstück im Bereich der Handinnenfläche positioniert wird und einerseits ein Lager (3) aufweist zur Aufnahme eines mit einem entsprechenden Ansatz (4) versehenen Besteckteils (5) in einer bezüglich seiner Längsachse vorbestimmten oder vorbestimmbaren Winkelposition gegenüber dem Verbindungsstück (1) und welches andererseits mit einer an sich bekannten Handklammer oder Armklammer (2) fest verbunden oder verbindbar ist.
