This dispensing tap comprises a fixed element (3) integral with the neck (1) of the liquid container, and a movable element (8) capable of being moved in translation against a return spring (11) disposed outside the elements (3) and (8) and separated in a leaktight manner from the liquid to be dispensed, in order to bring in communication an opening (12) of the movable element and a discharge conduit (13) of the fixed element. <IMAGE>
