[origin: EP0224754A2] This arrangement, which comprises a central station 1 and several subscriber sets 2, has at each subscriber set a large LCD display 24 on which messages and user information appear in text form in the respective language which has been set by the subscriber at a channel selection switch 25 as the monitoring language.
