1. A packaging unit for soft cheese, particularly fresh white cheese, characterised by the combination of the following features : a) it comprises a tub (10) consisting of rigid cardboard material with a marginal flange (32) ; b) separably inserted into the interior of the tub (10) and adapted to it is a tub-shaped insert (12) of flat coated paper and formed by loose folding ; c) the tub-shaped insert (12) is filled with the cheese so that the interior is substantially completely filled ; d) the top edge of the insert (12) is folded over on top of the cheese ; e) an aluminium membrane (16) is sealed onto the marginal flange (32).

Es wird eine Verpackungseinheit für weichen Käse vorgeschlagen, din aus einem Aluminium-Karton-Heißsiegelschichtverbundmaterialbecher besteht, wobei der Becher eine Papiereinlage aufnimmt, diese Papiereinlage den Käse aufnimmt und der Becher mit einer Aluminiummembran versiegelt und durch einen Kartondeckel abgedeckt ist. Die Papiereinlage ist innerhalb des Bechers lösbar aufgenommen, so daß sie mit der Käsefüllung entnommen werden kann. Die Papiereinlage läßt sich dann auf einem Tisch liegend in die Ebene plan entfalten, so daß der Käseblock leicht zugänglich ist und ohne Rückstände von der Papiereinlage abgenommen und dem Verbrauch zugeführt werden kann.
