[origin: US4744134A] This buckle, which is particularly for automobile safety belts and is intended to fix in a movable manner a side thereof to a fixed point in the body of the vehicle, comprising a hook assembly and a bolt (19) which is connected to the side to be fixed, with the hook assembly comprising, housed in a housing (1), a body (4) intended to be fixed to a holding means which is connected to the vehicle and which defines a passage and a sliding plane for said bolt, means for locking the bolt in the buckle, means for releasing the bolt and means for ejection thereof, is characterized in that the locking means are composed of a part (17) projecting from the body (4) extending into said passage, intended to be engaged into a cavity (20) of the bolt (19), in the locked position, and in that holding means (7) are provided for holding the bolt (19) in the locked position on said projecting part (17) of body (4).

Cette boucle notamment de ceinture de sécurité pour véhicule automobile, destinée à fixer de façon amovible un brin de celle-ci à un point fixe de la carrosserie du véhicule, comprenant un ensemble de gâche et un pène (19) solidaire du brin à fixer, l'ensemble de gâche comportant, logés dans un boîtier (1), un corps (4) destiné à être fixé à un moyen de retenue solidaire du véhicule et qui délimite un passage et un plan de coulissement pour ledit pène, des moyens de verrouillage du pène dans la boucle, des moyens de commande de déverrouillage du pène et des moyens d'éjection de celui-ci, est caractérisée en ce que les moyens de verrouillage sont constitués par une partie en saillie (17) du corps (4) s'étendant dans ledit passage, destinée à s'engager dans un évidement (20) du pène (19), en position de verrouillage, et en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens de maintien (7) du pène (19) en position de verrouillage sur ladite partie en saillie (17) du corps (4).
