[origin: FR2583179A1] Device enabling the relative accurate positioning of two geometrical axes (22, 23) belonging respectively to two elements (1, 2), at least one of said elements being associated to means capable of providing for its displacement. The device is characterized in that it comprises in combination at least two acoustic transmitter-receivers (A1, C1) arranged in a first plane substantially perpendicular to one of said geometric axes, said axis being qualified as first axis, and emitting towards said axis, the two transmitters-receivers being situated on a straight line which does not cut said first axis and in that it comprises a third transmitter-receiver situated outside said plane (A2, C2). The present invention may be used for carrying out from a distance the connection of two conduits which are optionally immersed.

Dispositif permettant le positionnement relatif précis de deux axes géométriques (22, 23) appartenant respectivement à deux éléments (1, 2) l'un au moins de ces éléments étant associé à des moyens capables d'assurer son déplacement. Ce dispositif se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte en combinaison au moins deux émetteurs-récepteurs acoustiques (A1, C1) disposés dans un premier plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'un desdits axes géométriques, cet axe étant qualifié de premier axe, et émettant vers cet axe, ces deux émetteurs-récepteurs étant situés sur une droite ne coupant pas ledit premier axe et en ce qu'il comporte un troisième émetteur-récepteur situé hors dudit plan (A2, C2). La présente invention peut être utilisée pour réaliser à distance la connexion de deux canalisations éventuellement immergées.
