[origin: WO8607403A1] Process for constructing wall sections (45) from building blocks (21), in particular for the partial prefabrication of buildings, in which in order to achieve further rationalization and improved quality it is further adapted so that the building blocks (21) of each individual layer are first laid out in a row, respecting mutual distances and then are moved jointly in a movement with the top side downward. The relevant device consists of a horizontal travelling portal frame, to which a turning table (20) attached in a wing-like manner to a horizontal shaft (17) is provided with a clamping device (25, 26) for a layer of building blocks (21), whereby the shaft (17) extends parallel to the wall section (45), is received at its ends in vertically movable supports and has a drive for a pivoting movement through 180<o>. The building blocks are placed on the turning table (20) at a comfortable working height with a suitable crane. All other operations are performed entirely automatically and linked with one another in time, including the application of the mortar, for which a special additional device is envisaged.

Procédé pour construire des sections de parois (45) à partir de blocs de construction (21), en particulier pour préfabriquer partiellement des bâtiments où, pour réaliser une plus grande rationalisation et une qualité améliorée, ce procédé est encore adapté pour que les blocs de construction (21) de chacune des couches soient tout d'abord disposés en une rangée, en respectant entre eux certaines distances, puis sont déplacés ensemble dans un mouvement dans lequel la partie supérieure est avancée vers le bas. Le dispositif correspondant est formé d'un cadre de portail mobile horizontal, auquel une table tournante (20) fixée à la manière d'une aile à un arbre horizontal (17) est équipée d'un dispositif de serrage (25, 26) pour une couche de blocs de construction (21), où l'arbre (17) s'étend parallèlement à la section de paroi (45), est reçue à ses extrémités dans des supports mobiles dans le sens vertical et possède un entraînement pour un mouvement pivotant à 180o. Les blocs de construction sont placés sur la table tournante (20) à une hauteur de travail confortable, à l'aide d'une grue appropriée. Toutes les autres opérations sont exécutées entièrement automatiquement et reliées les unes aux autres dans le temps, y compris l'application du mortier, pour laquelle est prévu un dispositif supplémentaire spécial.
