In a watch case structure where a packing (11) is lodged in a recess defined by a shoulder (9a) provided around the inner periphery of the lower part of a middle (9) and by a shoulder (10a) provided around the outer periphery of the lower part of a casing band (10) provided inside the middle (9), and a back cover (12) is locked in the middle (9) by means of a back cover locking member (13, 14), whereby the packing (11) is compressedly held between the inner surface of the back cover (12) and said recess, the back cover locking member (13, 14) is in contact with the outer pehiphery of the packing (11) to hold the packing (11), and thus the edge of the middle (9) can be made slender.
