The safety closure for liquid containers has an insert ring (6), which is to be inserted into a generally circular opening of the container, with a flange (5), a pouring spout (10), a closure lid (1) closing the pouring spout (10), a bellows (11), connecting the insert ring (6) and the pouring spout (10), and a swivellable ring bar (2) which is attached to the closure lid at at least one point. In order to be able to guarantee that no manipulation can take place to the contents of the container and, additionally, to make any manipulation undertaken clearly visible on the outside, it is proposed that, with the closure unopened, the ring bar (2) together with the closure lid (1) largely covers and encloses the flange (5), that the ring bar rests snugly on the container surface (7) surrounding the opening, that it is connected to the closure lid (1) by manually tear-off tabs at least in its swivellable region, and/or that the closure lid (1) and/or the ring bar (2) are connected to the insert ring (6) or the container surface (7) by corresponding tabs (3a). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Garantieverschluß für Flüssigkeitsbehälter mit einem in eine im allgemeinen kreisförmige Öffnung des Behälters einzusetzenden Einsatzring (6) mit Flansch (5), einer Ausgußtülle (10), einem die Ausgußtülle (10) verschließenden Verschlußdeckel (1), einem den Einsatzring (6) und die Ausgußtülle (10) verbindenden Balg (11) und einem am Verschlußdeckel in mindestens einem Punkt befestigten hochklappbaren Ringbügel (2). Um eine Garantie gegen Manipulationen des Behälterinhaltes gewährleisten zu können und um dazu eventuell vorgenommene Manipulationen nach außen deutlich sichtbar zu machen, wird erfindungsgomäß vorgeschlagen, daß beim ungeöffneten Verschluß der Ringbügel (2) zusammen mit dem Verschlußdeckel (1) den Flansch (5) weitgebend abdeckt und umgreift, daß der Ringbügel eng an der die Öffnung umgebenden Behälteroberfläche (7) anliegt, daß er durch von Hand zerreißbare Laschen zumindest in seinem hochklappbaren Bereich mit dem Verschlußdeckel (1) verbunden ist und/oder daß der Verschlußdeckel (1) und/oder der Ringbügel (2) durch entsprechende Laschen (3a) mit dem Einsatzring (6) oder der Behälteroberfläche (7) verbunden sind.
