Abstract (en)
The filling wedge projects between the grooved rolls of the capsule-producing machine and serves to feed the goods to be filled into the capsules by means of nozzles through which the goods to be filled are injected into the capsules produced. In order to obtain uniform welding of the capsules the invention provides that the filling wedge is provided with pipes for passage of a liquid heating medium. As a result the filling wedge surface coming into contact with the gelatine attains a uniform, well controllable temperature leading to good welding results in the gelatine capsules. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Füllkeil (11) für eine Maschine zum Herstellen von Gelatinekapseln (K). Der Füllkeil (11) ragt zwischen die Formwalzen (1) der Kapselherstellungsmaschine und dient zum Zuführen des Füllguts (F) für die Kapseln (K) mit Hilfe von Düsen (15), durch die das Füllgut (F) in die enstehenden Kapseln (K) gespritzt wird. Um eine gleichmäßige Verschweißung der Kapseln (K) zu erzielen, ist der Füllkeil (11) erfindungsgemäß mit Rohren (19) zur Durchleitung eines flüssigen Heizmediums versehen. Hierdurch erhält die mit der Gelatine in Berührung kommende Oberfläche des Füllkeils (11) eine gleichbleibende, gut steuerbare Temperatur, wodurch gute Schweißergebnisse bei den Gelatinekapseln (K) erzielt werden.
