[origin: WO8602032A1] Method for the preparation of glued formed pieces, such as chipboards and plywood, through drying of humid raw material, adding of glue and pressing of the raw material in order to form the glued product. It has now been observed that the presence of oxygen at those stages which take place at elevated temperature reduces the quality of the glued product. According to the invention these stages are carried out in essentially non-oxidizing atmosphere. The invention also relates to a device for cooling materials containing wood, wood fibers and cellulose, which have been dried under heating with hot steam in non-oxidizing atmosphere. Such a device comprises a closed chamber (3) with sluices for feeding (2) hot raw material and discharging (7) cooled raw material for the preparation of glued formed pieces, an inlet (8) for a non-oxidizing gas, a cooling device (5) communicating with the chamber (3), means (4) for creating a gas flow from the chamber (3) to the cooling device (5) and back therefrom as well as an outlet (6) for the condensate coming from the cooling device (5).

Un procédé de préparation de pièces formées-collées, telles que des plaques en aggloméré et du contre-plaqué, consiste à sécher un matériau brut humide, à ajouter de la colle et à comprimer le matériau brut de manière à former le produit encollé. On a remarqué que la présence d'oxygène lors de ces étapes ayant lieu à une température élevée réduit la qualité du produit collé. Selon l'invention, ces étapes ont lieu essentiellement dans une atmosphère de non-oxydation. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de refroidissement des matériaux contenant du bois, des fibres de bois et de la cellulose, qui ont été séchés par chauffage avec de la vapeur chaude dans une atmosphère de non-oxydation. Un tel dispositif comprend une chambre fermée (3) avec des vannes pour l'alimentation (2) en matériau brut chaud et la décharge (7) du matériau brut refroidi pour la préparation de pièces formées encollées, une entrée (8) pour un gaz de non-oxydation, un dispositif de refroidissement (5) communiquant avec la chambre (3), des moyens (4) de création d'un écoulement de gaz depuis la chambre (3) au dispositif de refroidissement (5) et retour depuis ce dernier ainsi qu'une sortie (6) pour le condensat venant du dispositif de refroidissement (5).
