A section (24) of the spring element (20) is directly arranged before the side (12) provided with a recess (13) of the flat part (1) and in the main plane of the latter, the configuration of the spring element (20) acting as grippers, enabling it to be elastically spaced apart laterally with respect to the side (12) of the flat part (1).
