Abstract (en)
A revolving flail for comminuting waste wood in composting devices or the like contains a protruding tooth (10) having a cutting edge (12) and an essentially triangular cross-section. The surface (14) forms with a plane (18) an angle between 60 and 65 DEG . The flail has a base body (22) in which the tooth (10) is secured in a replaceable fashion by means of a shaft (30), a specially formed recess (42), a clamping piece (68) and a screw bolt (48). A recess (26) of the tooth (10) forms a predetermined break point.

Ein umlaufender Schlegel zum Zerkleinern von Holzabfällen bei Kompostiergeräten oder dergleichen enthält einen vorstehenden Zahn (l0) mit einer Schneidkante (l2) und einem im wesentlichen dreieckigen Querschnitt. Die Fläche (l4) bildet mit einer Ebene (l8) einen Winkel zwischen 60 und 65°. Der Schlegel weist einen Grundkörper (22) auf, in welchem der Zahn (l0) mittels eines Schafts (30) und einer speziell geformten Ausnehmung (42) sowie eines Klemmstücks (68) und eines Schraubbolzens (48) autstauchbar gehaltert ist. Eine Ausnehmung (26) des Zahnes (l0) bildet eine Sollbruchstelle.
