Eine auf einem gebrauchten Nutzbodenbelag aufgetragene elektrisch leitfähige Fußboden-Konstruktion, bestehend aus: a) einem mit einseitiger Haftklebeschicht versehenen Verlegevlies mit der Haftschicht auf dem vorhandenen Nutzboden und darauf, b) ein elektrisch leitfähiger Vorstrich bzw. Anstrich sowie, c) ein elektrisch leitfähiger Kleber und zuletzt, d) ein antistatisch ausgerüsteter bzw. elektrisch leitfähiger Nutzboden, wobei der Vorstrich bzw. Anstrich aus Ruß enthaltendem Polychloropren und der leitfähige Klebstoff aus rußhaltigem Dispersionsklebstoff auf Acrylatester-Copolymerisat-Basis, Vinylacetat-Acrylester-Copolymerisatbasis oder auf Basis von synthetischem (z.B. SBR) oder natürlichem Latex besteht.
