[origin: WO8700261A1] An air slot cooking grill (10) for grilling food products. The air slot cooking grill (10) includes an enclosure (12) in which is disposed a heat supplying element (18), at least one jet curtain plate (22) and a grill (16) for supporting food. A housing (14) abuts the enclosure (12) and contains a blower (26) whose input and output are in fluid communication with the enclosure (12). The air slot cooking grill (10) is a recirculating hot air system that has high heat transfer efficiency and reduces the time required to cook food products over that required by conventional grilling systems. Furthermore, the at least one jet curtain plate (22) is arranged to prevent grease from contacting the heat supplying element (18) thus preventing flame-ups and the generation of smoke.

Un gril de cuisson (10) à fente d'air, utilisé pour griller des produits alimentaires, comprend une enceinte (12) dans laquelle sont agencés un élément chauffant (18), au moins un écran anti-éclaboussures (22) et un gril (16) pour soutenir les aliments. Un boîtier (14) adjacent à l'enceinte (12) contient un souffleur (26) dont l'entrée et la sortie sont en communication fluide avec l'enceinte (12). Le gril de cuisson (10) à fente d'air est un système de remise en circulation de l'air chaud à haut rendement de transfert de chaleur qui réduit le temps requis pour cuire des produits alimentaires par rapport au temps requis par des systèmes conventionnels de grillage. En outre, l'agencement d'au moins un écran anti-éclaboussures (22) empêche la graisse de toucher l'élément chauffant (18), en évitant des flambées et la génération de fumée.
