Mining tool for mining minerals, particularly coal, consisting of a round chisel with chisel head and chisel shaft and of a chisel holder wherein the chisel holder has a bore for receiving the chisel shaft which is inserted secured against rotation therein, and where the chisel head (1) is designed as a cap for the chisel shaft (2) and is rotatably mounted on the chisel shaft (2) with predetermined axial and radial play (S, S'), characterised in that coaxial axial bores (6, 7) are mounted in the chisel shaft (2) and in the chisel tip (5) of the cap-like chisel head (1) wherein the axial bore in the chisel shaft (2) is designed as a bearing bore (6) for a supply pipe (8) with end nozzle (9) and the axial bore in the chisel tip (5) is designed as a nozzle bore (7) and that the nozzle (9) is pressed with sealing action against a restriction, designed as a sealing seat (10), of the bearing bore (6) in the end face area of the chisel shaft (2) and that a supply line (11) for high and super-high pressurised medium is connectable to the chisel shaft (2) or supply pipe (8).
