Abstract (en)
In this method, the two bodies to be connected are joined together in such a way that the end of the first body (2) having a hollow cylinder is introduced into the bore (3) of the second body (1) and an explosive charge (5) arranged inside this hollow cylinder is made to detonate or explode, with the result that the hollow cylinder above all is subjected to plastic deformation so that the two bodies remain connected rigidly to one another. A reduction in the outlay for connecting three-dimensional frameworks is achieved thereby, since, above all, there is no need for the screwing of a large number of junction points. The connection made in this way is absolutely rigid and has no play. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei diesem Verfahren werden die zwei zu verbindenden Körper derart zusammengefügt, daß das einen Hohlzylinder besitzende Ende des ersten Körpers (2) in die Bohrung (3) des zweiten Körpers (1) eingeführt und eine im Innern dieses Hohlzylinders angebrachte Sprengladung (5) zur Detonation, bzw. Explosion gebracht wird, wodurch vor allem der Hohlzylinder plastisch so verformt wird, daß die beiden Körper starr miteinander verbunden bleiben und eine Einrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens. Man erzielt hiermit eine Verringerung des Aufwandes beim Verbinden von Raumfachwerken, da vor allem das Verschrauben einer großen Anzahl von Verknüpfungsstellen entfällt. Die so erzeugte Verbindung ist absolut starr und besitzt kein Spiel.
