Messer mit hohlem Schaft und Feststellvorrichtung für die bewegliche Messerklinge. An dem der Spitze gegenüberliegenden Ende der Messerklinge (20) ist ein im Schaft bewegbarer Schieber (22) über ein Gelenk (21) befestigt, das Relativlagen zwischen Messerklinge (20) und Schieber (22) von 0 bis 180° ermöglicht. Am freien Ende des Schiebers (22) ist ein Rastteil (23) angeordnet, der in Ausnehmungen (14, 15, 16) einer Seitenöffnung (11) des Schaftes (10) einführbar ist.
