Abstract (en)
The preparation bench is mounted on a lifting table (10) and has a receiving tube for receiving the tube (9) to be drawn from a stand-by store (4), or several receiving tubes one above the other which are designed for different die diameters. Before the loading, the lifting table travels up until the tube to be loaded is approximately on the same axis as a new tube to be drawn in the stand-by store. The drawing plug (23) is at the same time advanced slightly. By means of an electronic precision control system, the axes of the plug on the one hand and of the new tube on the other hand are adjusted to be the same. Owing to the fact that the preparation bench contains several receiving tubes having various dimensions, resetting for other die diameters is unnecessary. <IMAGE>

Die Vorbank ist auf einem Hubtisch (10) aufgesetzt und hat ein Aufnahmerohr zur Aufnahme des zu ziehenden Rohres (9) aus einem Bereitschaftslager (4), oder mehrere Aufnahmerohre übereinander, die für unterschiedliche Matrizenkaliber ausgelegt sind. Vor dem Laden fährt der Hubtisch nach oben, bis das zu ladende Rohr etwa achsgleich mit einem neu zu ziehenden Rohr im Bereitschaftslager steht. Der Ziehstopfen (23) ist dabei etwas vorgefahren. Mit Hilfe einer elektronischen Feinsteuerung werden die Achsen des Stopfen einerseits und des neuen Rohres andererseits gleich eingestellt. Dadurch, daß die Vorbank mehrere Aufnahmerohre mit verschiedenen Abmessungen enthält, erübrigt sich eine Umrüstung für andere Matrizenkaliber.
